| Abstract | Multiple intralesional injections of quinonylmuramyl dipeptide-66, a new synthetic immunoadjuvant, with a vehicle oil such as squalene or squalane resulted in the regression of line-10 hepatocarcinoma in strain-2 guinea pigs. This chemically synthesized adjuvant should be a useful immunotherapeutic agent for cancer. |
