| Abstract | A double hydrophilic block copolymer with β-cyclodextrin end-groups was prepared via RAFT polymerization and click reaction. The micelle formation of the polymer has been investigated as a function of temperature and pH values. The release of the encapsulated fluorescent probe pyrene from the polymer can be controlled by variation of temperature and addition of adamantanyl-NH3Cl.
